Customer Success Manager

Help our customers get the most out of WhatsSync. You'll provide world-class support, conduct product training, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train new customers
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify and resolve customer issues proactively
  • Create customer success materials and documentation
  • Work with product team to advocate for customer needs

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success experience in SaaS
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with customer success tools and metrics
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to understand technical concepts
  • Customer-first attitude
